Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe

All products purchased from our online store are made to order. Once your payment has cleared, we will deliver your items within 3-7 working days, unless otherwise indicated. You will receive an email notification detailing the delivery timeframe.

In the event of an unforeseen delay, our team will reach out to you as soon as possible to keep you updated and minimize any inconvenience.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders over R500.
• Standard delivery nationwide is R90.00.

Please note that return shipping will be at your own expense, unless the product is damaged. For more details, kindly refer to our returns policy.

Delivery Areas

Rosaballe Colognes delivers exclusively within South Africa. We currently do not service farms and rural areas. If you reside in one of these areas, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@rosaballecolognes.co.za to explore alternative delivery or collection options.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address and contact number, as the goods will be delivered on weekdays during standard working hours (8 am to 5 pm). Rosaballe Colognes is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by being unavailable to accept the delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email. The courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If there is still no one available to accept the parcel, the goods will be returned to Rosaballe Colognes, and a refund for the items (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed. Should you prefer another delivery attempt instead of a refund, this will incur an additional cost.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your fragrances. If you wish to return any item, you may do so within 7 days of receipt at your cost, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged product, please send us photographs of the damage, and we will happily arrange for a replacement.
